Introduction to Doughnuts

Arrive at 9am for a 9:30 start. Class finishes at 1pm.


This class will teach you how to make sweet yeasted brioche dough. During the morning you will learn how to scale and shape your doughnuts, understand how to prove them ready for frying and then fill them with a range of fillings.

You will leave the class with 6 filled doughnuts and the dough to make 6 more at home!

Due to time constraints we will be using some pre-made (filling) components during the class but you will go away with all the recipes and leave the class with the knowledge to create your own masterpieces.

This class is suitable for all levels of experience.
